Meet Your Coach: 30 Years Building Champions

Coach Daryl brings over 30 years of experience developing athletes at every level, from beginners to NHL players like Eric Lindros, Max Domi, and Tyler Toffoli. With a background in Kinesiology and Education from the University of Toronto, and certifications including CSCS and IYCA, he blends science-backed training with real results.

Years ago, he watched a hard-working player get cut, not because of skill, but because he lacked the speed and strength to compete. That moment changed everything. Daryl set out to crack the code, not just for skill, but for the physical and mental edge every top player needs.

This program is the result: built, tested, and proven through years of experience, dreams chased, and shots taken, designed to help your athlete become stronger, faster, more confident, and ready for the next level.

  • Designed for 2010 - 2012 AA - AAA hockey players aiming for U15 - Junior

  • Small group - Max 8 players in a group

  • Begins Monday July 6th and runs till July 30th

  • Train 4 days a week Monday thru Thurs for 90 mins - Monarch Park gym/track (Danforth/Coxwell) from 2pm to 3:30pm.

  • No filler: Only impactful, hockey-specific training

  • Immediate feedback and correction every session

  • Experience real transfer from gym to puck battles

Goalie Specific Training

We also focus on goalie-specific strength and conditioning, building the leg power needed for quick lateral pushes and the stamina to stay sharp for a full game. To help prevent common injuries, we include daily mobility work that stretches the high-wear areas caused by the position, ensuring they stay flexible and move safely in the crease.

Finally, we incorporate cognitive training that has direct carryover to their game. Hand-eye reaction drills and visual tracking exercises are used to speed up their decision-making, helping them read the play and process the game faster.

A: Reach out using the form below, we can customize a program around your availability (minimum 2 weeks).

Q: What if my player wants to keep training in August?
A: We can run an August program if there’s enough interest (minimum 4 players).

Q: Can I share this with other players?
A: Absolutely! This is open to AA–AAA players born 2010–2012.
